PUBLIC TOURS

Manatee Masters, our educational docents, guide visitors on walking tours of Manatee Lagoon’s exhibits, providing insight about “all things manatee” and the Lake Worth Lagoon ecosystem. Tours are open to all ages.

Date: Daily, unless otherwise noted on the calendar
Time: Tours begin at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.; the programs typically last 30 to 45 minutes
Location: The walking tour will meet at the manatee skeletons inside the building’s entrance. Limited seating is available throughout the tour.
Cost: Free

MINDFUL MOMENTS ADULT YOGA

Join us for adult yoga against the calming backdrop of Lake Worth Lagoon. Classes are led by certified instructors. Participants must be 18 or older.

Date and time: Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 5:45 – 6:45 p.m., Saturday mornings, 8 – 9 a.m.
Location: Outdoors near the observation deck
Cost: $5 (pre-registration required, register here)

MANATEE RESCUE ADVENTURE

Manatee Rescue Adventure is a new interactive experience offered at Manatee Lagoon which allows younger guests to experience a simulated manatee rescue. Guests will “rescue” their manatee with a net, weigh and measure their manatee, and practice identifying manatee scars just like real conservationists.

Date and time: Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am to 4:00pm
Location: The program is located indoors near our Mangrove Tank.
Cost: Free

Additional Details: Manatee Lagoon requires that parents stay on site during the program.

WILD ABOUT WILDLIFE VIRTUAL SUMMER CAMP

Join us as we embark on an action-packed virtual summer adventure!

Date: 2025 Dates Coming Soon!
Ages: Topics and sessions are targeted towards ages 6 to 9, however other ages are welcome to register and participate
Cost: FREE, voluntary donations can be made during the registration process.

MANATEE TALES: ADVENTURES WITH MIA & FRIENDS

Join us for a magical story time at Manatee Lagoon, where children can explore, enjoy captivating stories of sea creatures, and create themed crafts.

Date: Offered every other Saturday at 10:30 a.m.
Ages: This program is geared towards ages 3 to 6, however other ages are welcome to register and participate
Cost: FREE, registration recommended

Additional Details: Manatee Lagoon requires that parents stay on site during the program.

SCHOOL GROUP VISITS

Our field trip options offer a look into the world of manatees and their local habitat, the Lake Worth Lagoon.

LECTURES AT THE LAGOON

Join an expert speaker for an opportunity to learn about a new environmental topic every month. All ages are welcome to take a seat, listen and ask questions.

Date: Second Sunday of each month

Cost: FREE (but pre-registration is requested)
