Manatee Rescue Adventure is a new interactive experience offered at Manatee Lagoon which allows younger guests to experience a simulated manatee rescue.
Guests will “rescue” their manatee with a net, weigh and measure their manatee, and practice identifying manatee scars just like real conservationists. This experience allows guests to practice measurement and data recording skills while encouraging active imaginative play.

Offered: Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am to 4:00pm
Location: The program is located on our exhibit floor, near the classroom.
Cost: Free
Additional Details: Manatee Lagoon requires that parents stay with their children during the program. This program may not be available during private events.
