  • Personal items – it is recommended that personal belongings (e.g. backpacks, water bottles) remain in the group’s vehicles to allow the children’s hands to be free and to minimize the potential of items being left behind.

However, groups can request to reschedule for a different date and transfer the payment to that reservation. The rescheduled date must be within the same calendar year and is based on Manatee Lagoon’s availability. If there are no available summer camp group visit sessions for the remainder of the summer, the group will not receive a refund. In the event that the scheduled visit is cancelled by Manatee Lagoon staff, a full refund will be issued within seven to ten business days unless the cancellation occurs more than 120 days after registration, in which case refund processing may take up to 45 days. To cancel or request a change in your reservation, use the confirmation email you received to modify your visit information as soon as possible. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please email us at info@visitmanateelagoon.com. Your confirmation email will come from scheduling@squarespacescheduling.com.
