Sensory Friendly Hour

Experience Manatee Lagoon with minimal crowds and a sensory-friendly environment. During Manatee Season (Nov. 15 – March 31), we will open one hour early one day each month with low lighting and reduced noise. In an effort to provide the best experience possible, registration is required as space is limited.

SOLAR RANCH – AN FPL ECO-DISCOVERY CENTER

Solar Ranch – An FPL Eco-Discovery Center© Located within Babcock Ranch in Punta Gorda, Solar Ranch – An FPL Eco-Discovery Center is a 2,500-square-foot free, educational facility. It is open to the public Wednesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Summer Camp Group Visits

Manatee Lagoon offers summer camps the opportunity to reserve a visit that will offer their campers a fun and engaging introduction to “all things manatee” and the Lake Worth Lagoon ecosystem. Holiday Closure
Manatee Lagoon will be closed on Sunday, April 5th for Easter.
We will reopen with regular hours (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) on Tuesday, April 7th.
